1 of my trade got the glitch of "unknow user" (no avar, no profile) => losing control over the trade w notification "you can't touch a trade that isn't yours". I haven't been able to fix it since last night.

The problem escalated quickly and now ALL OF MY TRADES have this glitch. I can't modify or control any of them.

If mods can't possibly fix the problem, please force close all of my trades for me. I have closed all trades that I can still control until the problem is fixed.
