Create a support ticket and it will be reassigned to an appeals admin.

This is also an issue i'm having, i'm trying to create a new appeal after my old one was re-opened, and nothing appears when "create" is pressed. Toughsox manually re-opened it after he was made aware of the issue, but it still doesn't show anything. It seems to be a bug with the site as apposed to a problem with our appeals.

Edit 2: Filed a support ticket with the information as well, if this thread is still alive if I get a reply, i'll update my post for people's future reference

Now i cant open my ticket :(. Getting this error "We're sorry but the ticket you're looking for doesn't exist."

Update on this issue - Created a support ticket which was assigned to "Ntbol" stating the facts about the problem, and the ticket was closed by him with no reply. Attempting to create a re-appeal now brings up the error message "No action was specified" before the page refreshes again. Filed another support ticket, so we'll see how that goes.

It is very frustrating to try and get help with bugs and issues on outpost if tickets are closed without any kind of reply, especially since they are the only form of communications that can be had with outpost staff if a user is banned from the website.

Once again, my support ticket was closed with no reply, and while the system doesn't instantly lead to an error this time, it only allows me to create a standard support ticket, instead of using the re-appeal system. Considering the lack of replies i've been getting from any kind of means from the main website or on here, i've just decided to create my re-appeal through the support ticket system under the "I've got another problem" selection, where i've asked the admin who is assigned the ticket (once again Ntbol) to re-assign it back to the admin who is dealing with my appeal (Toughsox). This will be my last attempt at trying to get around this issue, considering I don't really want to beat my head against a brick wall for too much longer.

If this leads to my suspension from the group or site for not using the support ticket system in the intended way, then so be it. If the system isn't going to be fixed, and staff aren't interested in communicating with users who are trying to assist in getting this bug resolved, then it seems a pretty pointless exercise to allow users to even try to re-appeal.

Edit: Added Wiki and told him about the problem and he's been genuinely helpful and friendly about the issue. Seems some of the staff do care after all!

Edit 2: Ticket I submitted last night which I asked to be reassigned to Toughsox was once again closed with no reply. Currently talking to Wiki about getting in touch with Toughsox directly in order to try and solve the problem. Proof - http://i.imgur.com/EmlyuVi.png
