A person who I know, submitted an appeal to be unban from outpost. His appeal recieved no attention for several months. On Feb 4. an admin said that his appeal "slipped through a crack in our system." For the months he was waiting to be un-banned, he stopped checking his appeal because of no replies he was getting. The admin then said he would be able to re-make his appeal after a day but he isn't able to. What should he do?
