Ban re-Appeal "create" button doesn't works
I have tried to make a Re-appeal ticket for my case, but the green "create" button sends me to a "create new support ticket" box.
How can I send my re-appel? Do I have to send it as a support ticket? If I do, Which of the four reason should I put for it?

You should be able to respond to your previous appeal, if that doesn't work it sounds like there's a bug.
