1. Search this forum before reporting a bug. Odds are it has already been reported by someone else.

2. You may contribute to an open report by replicating it and/or submitting new information.

3. Please only report site bugs - Steam problems are out of our hands.



1. Create a new thread using the title format: <section>: <descriptive title>. E.g.:

Search: Collector weapons return invalid results

2. Provide in the post body:

• Operating System
  
• Web Browser
  
• Bug Description
  
• How to Replicate
  
• Screenshots and/or Videos (optional)

After a bug report is submitted a staff member may reply to ask for more information and/or try to replicate it. After this pre-review state a tag may be applied (and the thread locked) to indicate its updated status. They are:

• [Todo]        - On Sneeza's list of things to get done soon.
  
• [Waiting]    - Need more information from user.
  
• [Duplicate] - Already been reported.
  
• [Fixed]       - Bug has been fixed and the fix is live.
  
• [Invalid]     - Bug or problem isn't really a bug or a problem.

Custom tags may also be applied but should be self-explanatory. And reports may eventually be renamed for organizational purposes.

[Duplicate], [Fixed] and [Invalid] reports will be deleted one week after being locked.
