On a serious note, it's hard to find good volunteers who will actually a) do work and b) be trustworthy. Look at SteamRep- there are pending reports there over a year old now.

Also I don't think you guys realize how many reports we get. We get to them as fast as we can. I work full-time and am exhausted when I get home so I do most of my appeals on weekends. Community management 7 days a week for me, yo.

No it's not. Just make a note on the frontpage and have it saying looking for more staff members, get a bunch of applications and then have each of the normal staff members look after the new guys for the first few weeks and pick the good ones.

This. Maybe youre being too harsh with the applications. You can always remove the ones that have corrupted or doesn't do their job properly.

easy enough to find, keep in mind that there is some backlog from when the report system was changed to a ticket system, and those tickets didn't get refreshed as "new" ones, so simply posting in them again will make them pop up on the top of the list

So should I just bomb the reports until they get done?

Bump. Please either demote your admins that are not capable of committing to being an admin or then just remove the rules, since nobody is going by them. Ive done 20+ reports in the past few weeks. NONE OF THEM has been answered.

Bumb. Created a ticket for Fake COs 2 WEEKS AGO. Trade closed and nothing happened.

"I understand that people are busy with real life and other things" If you're an admin then I assume you have the time to do what you have been assigned to. Don't go for mod/admin if you know you don't have the time.

Again, simple solution to all this. Get more mods and admins.
