The original support ticket I'm add just after getting banned years ago was declined. Anything else I could try?

Can I be unbanned from TF2 Outpost? I used to use the site like 3 years ago until my account was hacked. It posted phising links from my account so I was banned. I filed a unban request on your website and I was rude. Trying to get back into the game and was wondering if I could gain access back.

About 6 months or so ago I was banned from TF2 Outpost for sending out phising links but my account was hacked.

I tried to appeal it then but noone responded so I got angry and said things I shouldnt have.

I am trying to get back into TF2 and trading so could we discuss this matter further.

ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND GOT TAKEN AWAY, I FOUND OUT THEY TOOK ALL MY TF2 ITEMS AND USED MY TF2 OUTPOST TO POST PHISING LINKS ON OTHER TRADES! PLEASE CAN I BE UNBANNED!?!?!??!

I Got my Account back and I can provide evidence that it was taken!

And Now it says my appeal is declined WHY??!?!?!?!??!
