Hrmm, very good point. I was going to go for a Kill-a-watt Powdered Practitioner and make my Medic gold, but now you've made me question everything (and i thank you for it). The guy was asking for around 2 buds for it, do you reckon it would be worth it? And if not, what other hat+effect do you think would go well with The Colonels Coat (I really like that misc, it looks so classy) and the gold theme? I would be interested in reselling, but not immediately as this will be my first unusual and i want to bask in its glow for a while. And, once again, thanks for your help, all of you guys have made me a lot more confident about buying an unusual.

I do quite like the Pickelhaube, but it seems quite expensive. I found a rather nice Powdered Practitioner with a good effect, but if that is sold before i can buy it then the Pickelhaube would be another good choice. I was also thinking of what my second misc (along with the Colonels Coat) should be, as my nine-pipe problem wont really fit with anything other than the Private Eye (gotta love the sherlock medic!), So i may use the Ruffled Ruprecht. go with the one you like the best, since it more likely if you like the effect the less likely you'll get buyer's remorse so go see how the effects look and choose which you like the best

I had a look on Backpack.tf, and theres a couple of effects that are around my price range (Orb. Fire, Massed Flies, Dead Presidents, Terror-Watt). Should i go for the cheapest, or would it be worth it to pay a couple of keys more for the terror-watt? Thanks for the advice mate, i was thinking of getting a medic hat that would go with my Aussie Colonels Coat, any ideas for nice ones that wont cost too much? I think i may be spending ~30 keys on this. Thanks for the advice, as well!
