Outpost rules says that I am not allowed to post links that have no connection to the trade. Am I allowed to post the SteamRep link on his trades, so that others are aware?

Recently, I bought a duplicated item from a scammer. He refuses to retrade, and I do not think I have enough proof to affect his VAC rating. The chat history was not saved.

Am I allowed to post on his outpost trades, alerting others to watch out as they trade?
