Oh and also, if he is banned on steamrep, can he be unbanned on outpost?

What do you mean by "linked on his appeal page"?

My friend got banned in augest or September of last year after he was hijacked. Currently he is still banned even though he appealed at the time. I know that mods are probably backloged on appeals, but that many months seems like a long time. Could anyone shed some insight onto this?

Don't take this the wrong way, but there I always the possibility of a scam with something like that. Making a screenshot through SFM doent really have that risk

What is the rule regarding having a link to a group of a screenshot service. While I know that people are not allowed to have trades where they are not actually trading but say I had a trade up for an unusual and I put in that I also made screenshots for users, would that be against the rules

Great list! I especcially don't like when people give you an offer that you really like that is fair and then suddenly retract after agreeing to trade. It isn't exactly horrible, just annoying
