This is incorrect. Unusuals are priced based on what ever people are willing to pay for them and not by the tier of hat or effect.

Outpost has zero control over what people offer on items.

Once an inventory with the item is scanned, it will appear on the site.

Can you elaborate a little bit on your issue with the site so it can be addressed appropriately?

Perhaps you are seeing a greater amount of phishers on Outpost is because it has one of the largest user-bases out of any other trading site with a wide variety of different traders.

It would make sense for them to target are a larger group of people.
