Please everyone, who is having this issue create a support ticket, to let them know, that multiple people are having that same problem.

I doubt anyone will respond or look here. Support tickets are certainly responded at some point.

As well as created a support ticket through Outpost.

Try to create a support ticket if possible, so it will show them that more people are having the same problem. I don't think anyone would respond here.

I am trying to pay for my premium but everytime I press the ''Premium'' button it opens a blank page with the following text: ''CX-Layer: host www.tf2outpost.com is unknown.''

Also when browsing through the site it shows this blank space on the left side horizontally and vertically - https://ibb.co/bwODVT

And the site is lagging and some times it is slow to load.

I did try to send a support ticket but the site fails to create a support ticket every time.

Same problem here. I am premium and I noticed that my trades were bumped two days ago.

Also about the premium - I don't have my premium too, though I have more days of premium left.

As I read bot accounts are not allowed to have an Outpost profile (unless I have never logged in to Outpost with my main before), which means a user is not allowed to use two different accounts on Outpost, even if the other is meant purely for providing automated service?

But instead if I want to use a bot, trades must be advertised through my main's Outpost profile, then stating that its the bot users are actually trading with ( linking to its profile ) and not the account I am advertising the trades with?

I am just looking for comfirmation before doing anything, that might be deemed against the rules ( specifically for having a bot / alternate Outpost account ), that might lead to unwanted actions.

I was looking to get a trading bot but I wanted to ask in advance if it is allowed to have a trading bot, that will be having trades, along with your main account?

Also am I allowed to buy premium for them?

And in general is there anything I should know in case I am allowed to have a second account ( automated bot) for Outpost trading?

I am an outpost premium user and my subscription ends in two days.
I am using Paypal

I wanted to renew my subscription before the expiration date.
I read the FAQ and it says you can auto renew with credit card and you can't do it with Paypal.

My question is can I renew my subscription manually or I will have to wait untill it expires?

I am sorry if this question was already answered - couldn't find any posts regarding that.
