So i explain my problem a guy want to sell me his BOA PE the problem is that he is marked and banned on tf2 op and on bp.tf because he traded with scammers...he is perma ban . I am allowed to trade with him following the rules ? Ty

Hey guys i am perma banned in tf2 op for trading with a scammer . I paid for a premium (3mounths) i got my ban couple days after i paid my premium so am i allowed to get my money back ? And if i m not i will contact paypal so....yeah if we can make it with the regular way ty
