[Pending Review] Suggestion: Update effect display
I've read all the rules, so if I have broken any or this is an already rejected suggestion, then I wasn't intending to break the rules, though I hope that isn't the case.

Pretty much what should be added is adding the new effects to the site. As can be seen in the credits, it says that backpack.tf supplies all the unusual effects. Outpost still needs effects from the Love & War update, Scream Fortress 2014 update, and the End of the Line update. backpack.tf had already implemented these effects to their website, so I see no reason for Outpost to not have the effects displayed.

If there is any reason the effects are not already displayed, just let me know. Again, if this suggestion somehow violates anything, it was not intentional.
