I'll be blunt, I hate the cool down on offering. I know it serves a purpose. But it's infuriating, having to wait 2 or so minutes on every trade I want to offer on. Could it perhaps be shorter? I know spam could be a real annoyance on a site like this, but this block makes it extremely time consuming to offer on multiple hats. Also, the timer for the cool down is just broken it often jumps to a random number from 40-300 seconds when you try to offer during the cool down leaving the user unsure of how long is left.
Maybe A mod could clear up why this needs to be in place and have random/long times.
Or maybe some other users share a similar opinions, I'd like to hear people's thoughts on this feature
