This is also caused by adding too many people at once, and leaving too many comments on peoples trades at once.

I'm not going to buy games, but I'm might resell that way too.. Just need your advice, if there's a steam sale, how much it should be off? 75%? 50% ? and what kind of games should I buy to resell them quickly for later?

People dont have to have had posts for buying games, they could just add people directly or know people who will get them the games during sales or buy them themselves

I will say that all the users you linked have something in common, they all are newish users to outpost and they all do not appear to have games in their backpack, either gifts set to private or they are alts for other traders
