Edit to the rules regarding Relisting
A short time ago, I was banned for relisting. After going over this rule, I have found it to be a ineffective, restrictive, and utterly harmful rule, with no outstanding Pro to back it up. I think there should be a change to this rule

The first part of the rule is understandable: Not having trades with the same items in them. This is ok, since doing this is just spamming.

It's the next part that is complete garbage: No trades with a common goal. This section of the rule is primarily targeting Bankers in the entire TF2 Community, which takes up a large portion of the community, and an even larger portion of the Outpost Community. If you will read on, you will see that I make a good case.

1. Hurting the Bankers

Many Bankers tend to buy all of 1 type of item. for example, Hat Bankers buy any and all kinds of Craft Hats (Duh.). How are they supposed to do that if they are only permited 8 slots (the current amount of buying slots per trade.). When I banked hats and had 10 trades open to advertise hats (all with different hats), I bought on average about 10-15 hats per day. After being banned and limiting myself to only 1 trade, I haven't even recieved even an add! Same goes for the quicksell unusuals. When I had 9 trades open, I received 8-12 offers on a daily basis. Now that I've been limited to one trade, I have received 0 unusual offers. I simply had to shut down those trades. I've also looked around outpost, and those with only one trade for one thing have received very little offers and made even less trades. Why would bankers use outpost if we are restricted like this?

2. What Pro's?

A rule is usually meant to have a good side to them. "No trolling offers" keeps the offer section clean and friendly. "No trades with a common goal." Has the good side of... what? It's not a rule, its just an unjustified restriction. The only thing that I can see it doing is cutting down on the ammount of trades, but can that really be considered a good thing to deny sellers more opprotunities?

3. How many people follow this rule?

I look all around Outpost, and I see people doing the same thing that I received a ban for: posting multiple trades with a common goal. Many Bankers do this because it is a harmless strategy. When they are reported, they are being banned for using a harmless trading strategy! And they keep doing this because the strategy works. Outpost is denying us a chance to make profit, which is pretty much the point to trading in TF2: Make profit. Many people who do break the rules and use this strategy floursish!

In conclusion, the rule is restricting those who want to make a simple profit from doing so. This strategy is harmless and effective, so I question why it is banned. I see no bad things that would come from removing the rule, and I see a lot of good things that would come from removing the rule. I hope you consider removing the rule. I'd hate to see more people get banned for this.

(No bashing pls. I think the rule is unjust and would like to see it lifted. pls don't kill meh ;-;)
(I'm a short-sighted man. If you see a problem from uplifting the rule, let me know C:)
(I wasn't sure about posting this in Suggestions or General Discussions. If i'm in the wrong forum, I'll simply move it.)
(I am not trying to flame here. I just think the rule is bad :P)
(I don't even know if I can get it lifted by posting here. But, I might as well try XD)
