No, you can get marked for trading with a known scammer if your dealings with them are suspicious, like you were possibly buying stuff they scammed with full or partial knowledge of how they were getting items. There would be no benefit to marking or banning someone that was a victim.:cfacepalm:

I am just curious because since you get marked for trading with a scammer, so do you get banned if you get scammed by a person marked as a scammer
