Comm. Admin is "Community Admin", and it's quite self-explanatory. It's for admins of other communities such as SteamRep, /r/tf2trade, etc.

VIP is for personal friends of mine.

#1: The amount of logged in users is generally around 50, whereas the amount logged in is around 3,000 at any one time. Do the math.

#2: Managing and scaling a website as large as TF2 Outpost isn't easy, especially when I do everything by myself.

Javascript isn't running correctly on the website. There are lots of people having this issue lately but I really have no idea why. From those I've talked to, they're running a broken extension which is breaking the website itself. Try disabling all of your browser extensions.

Your name is actually a HTML tag which is stripped because it would break the website layout. I'll see what I can do to fix it, but basically getting rid of the < and > and changing it to [ or something would fix it.
