With paypal transitions you can make a print screen of the paypal and proove that the payment was made or that it wasnt made , with games codes you can provide a random code \ pirated code \ code already on use and etc, and it will be hard to proove if it was a scam or just a game bug or whatever.

white isn´t perfect spreadsheet is a great tool for new traders that aren´t aware of the prices, if it didn´t exist a ton more people would have been sharked \ riped off.

Also I personally use http://backpack.tf/pricelist , its kinda a spreadsheet made by the community where anyone can vote for a price change, and its pretty accurate.
