Hey there are other items that appear in the list but aren't in the game. Like "Voodoo-Cursed Item" or "Voodoo-Cursed Soul (Armory)".

It's a bug, no way to fix it. I've a trade in my offers list that I posted on but my message isn't there.

If I knew that I would have started with that. My guess is that Valve put it in the item list but didn't release it yet. Updates often include new items that aren't available yet.

Still not sure where you got the idea that trading for accounts is allowed, especially when the rules specifically mention it's forbidden.

Ok well that's new, whatever that is it doesn't mean you're allowed to trade for accounts. If Valve recently released a usable item that grants you Premium access then you're allowed to buy/sell it.

Could you provide more detail? You cannot trade for accounts cuz obvious captain obvious but I have no clue what Upgrade you're talking about.

Not if time is an issue and you need keys fast. Or if you got a good deal and you don't care about gaining maximum profit.
