This is exactly what I've been suggesting to be implemented in the phishing topic.

You can warn users about phishing sites when clicking on a link, but when each link gives you the same warning people will completely ignore it after a while and it will have the same effect as if there was no warning at all. That's why there needs to be a better way to detect phishing links, just like this script does, the user should be given a different warning (similar to when you view a scammer's profile on Steamrep).

People will be less likely to fall for a scam when there's a huge flashing warning shown to them. If they still fall for it, it's entirely their fault.

You can position a mouse pointer on it and press left-mouse. This doesn't do anything, though, which is not the normal meaning of "clickable".

If something is draggable it also implies that it's clickable. You cannot drag something without clicking on it. If this is not the issue you're having then you need to learn to describe it better because saying the scrollbar is non clickable doesn't make any sense.

Trust me, I would notice.. none of the other websites I use have any issues. Outpost worked fine before the site was changed. Now there are many people having problems.

Don't confuse something that happens to all users with something that only happens to you. Whatever the issue was it was only temporary and it's fixed now.
