Community URL refers to the custom URL part of the address, you don't need/have to enter the full URL.

But you should be able to. It's 2 lines of code and it would enhance the user experience a lot.

If you do not care about levels then buy an item with another level. If people wouldn't be spending more for special levels, nobody would be asking more for them.

That has nothing to do with the country of origin though. If you buy from a fishy seller that's bound to happen, regardless if they're russian, brazilian or american.

The biggest thing you need to be concerned about when buying a russian gift, is it region restricted? You can usually tell that by looking at the description of the gift.

It doesn't matter where the gift comes from, Valve won't ban you for trading for such games. They do ban russian sellers who make a living out of it, you have nothing to worry about.

Yes, this is a very annoying (and pretty blatant) bug that hasn't been resolved. They should really get on with it and fix this, or at least explain.

It is explained, you need to make your inventory public. There's a seperate checkbox for Steam Gifts right at the bottom.

Your screen only shows 1 weapon in your trade, that obviously won't work.

You need to put something in the wishlist as well.

Then I guess the Steam servers are too busy to handle your request. In that case there's nothing you can do.

Couple of possibilities:

• You input your details on a phishing site, make sure you're logging in to "steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com" and it has the green Valve logo in the URL bar.
  
• Steam servers are very busy because of the Summer Sale, it might take a while for your Steam Guard code to arrive at which point it will be expired.
  
• Check your junk folder, the email might be there.

Tip: Try logging into https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com BEFORE trying to login to Outpost, so that you don't have to input your details again.
