Don't create a new account to use OP, whatever little chance you have of getting unbanned will go to waste if you do that.

Ban evading is also a bannable offense. You should appeal your ban if you want to get back on OP.

It isn't tradable, that's why it's removed.

When they add official trading support through steam then maybe. Until then TF2OP isn't a place for that, I'm pretty sure you could find forums dedicated for this.
