If you read the rules page you can see that TF2Outpost does take measure against extreme quick buyers. Now your definition of extreme might be different but you have to remember it's a free market. Regulating a market can kill it just as easily as letting sharks run rampant.

Quick buyers are not the real problem in the economy, if you wanna blame somebody blame quick sellers. Anyone can create a trade and wait for decent offers even if it takes time, you never have to go to quick buyers.

Closing the thread was the right call as we do not accept ban appeals on the forum. If you're unable to send a ban appeal or open a ticket then create a bug report and describe your issue.

As unfair as it may sound, as long as there are gullible people these type of scams will continue to happen. There's pretty much nothing that can be done other than banning his account from the site. Valve is the only one that can shut down his group for good. Even then he can just create a fresh account and start over.

People should learn not to put their trust into random strangers they meet over the internet, especially when it comes to items and money. It's a lesson that sometimes has to be learned the hard way.

I'm not sure what else you expect us to do, we're a third party website, we don't control what gets posted on Steam. If you want the group to be closed report it to Valve.

Then post in the correct forum, this is TF2Outpost not Team Fortress 2.
