This is exactly what I've been suggesting to be implemented in the phishing topic.

You can warn users about phishing sites when clicking on a link, but when each link gives you the same warning people will completely ignore it after a while and it will have the same effect as if there was no warning at all. That's why there needs to be a better way to detect phishing links, just like this script does, the user should be given a different warning (similar to when you view a scammer's profile on Steamrep).

People will be less likely to fall for a scam when there's a huge flashing warning shown to them. If they still fall for it, it's entirely their fault.

If something is draggable it also implies that it's clickable. You cannot drag something without clicking on it. If this is not the issue you're having then you need to learn to describe it better because saying the scrollbar is non clickable doesn't make any sense.

Don't confuse something that happens to all users with something that only happens to you. Whatever the issue was it was only temporary and it's fixed now.
