I'm really sorry to hear you got scammed, however that does not make it okay to go around on public forums begging for items. Be more careful in the future.

Whether it happened on TF2Outpost or another community is irrelevant, that's like saying you're allowed to scam people as long as nobody finds out. The site has its own set of rules so if another community gave you a second chance that does not give you a free pass on TF2Outpost as well. That said, you may try submitting a ticket but it seems like you were already given a clear answer.
