You still have one knife with a custom nametag. I wouldn't rule out that possibility until you check the site without it in your inventory.

It's just a hunch but it's possible that the custom tag on one of your knives is causing the issue. Just wanted to test if that's true.

Could you try moving your knives to an alt and see if the problem still persists?
