I don't know about dupes but I do know that purchasing something from the market won't reset its original ID. I somehow doubt that duped items make any difference.

That doesn't necessarily mean you're the first owner. Just that the person who you bought it from never used TF2OP, or nobody checked their backpack.

Thing is the notes look like a normal post right now. On the main page both the items in the trade and the notes are in one box while on the trade they're seperated.

Actually I do think it was developed by TF2OP (not the bp.tf extension), it was also gonna be ported to Firefox but it was never finished.

That rule has been there for as far as I can remember and people have been banned for it all this time, the only difference is that you used to be able to make an appeal directly on the page. OP just came back at the wrong time.

All users are treated equally regardless of their donator status and if he had been disrespected (I don't see how, when or by who) then he could have brought up the fact that he even donated to the site otherwise I don't see how this makes any difference.
