I'm not asking if it's allowed or not. I've read the rules, I know that while it is only a tip according to the rules themselves, they should still be followed nonetheless.

No, what I'm asking is what should I do if I've found someone's that done so. When I'm interested in a bigger trade, often the first I will do nowadays is go read the rep, and look at the accounts of some of the people that have given this person rep. And so I have found people that have used their alts to give themselves rep. I don't want to go intruding on someone's business, but like TF2OP have said themselves on the rules thread, "No ranks exempt you from the site rules."

Should I be reporting these sort of actions should I find them?
