The best you could do is file a report, make sure to follow the appropriate format, and provide proof of your trade agreement (conversation), item loss (inventory history) and lack of payment (Paypal history, with personal details removed).

You can't get your items back even if you get hacked now. A friend of mine lost access to his account and lost whole backpack. He contacted Steam Support 4 times and all they said was "You should be more accurate while trading" and stuff.

Go to inventory, click "View inventory history" in the top right corner and make a screenshot of that unfair trade. Report the "scammer" to the site admins (Sneeza or Pretender, for example) and link the screenshot, explin them thet your Bills got sharked.

I also got scammed out of my unusual hat 10 months ago, all that support agent said was "You have agreed to the trade twice by checking the box and pressing "Make Trade" button." They won't return any items back. A freind of mine, Atomic Potato, got his account hijacked once and all unusuals and other items he had were stolen. He contacted steam support 4 times asking to get his items back but they refused to do that. So, we're screwed now.
