The bots do the same thing as people - they just browse the website just like any normal user.
They can't be properly detected and thus you can't stop these bots without making the website utterly useless. This has been mentioned countless times.

Yes they are doing it like any normal user but they do it very super fast. I don't know if this is detectable... Ok i give up. I'm not security professional. At least can a warning put in the site to not click links ? :/

Look this is not serious problem for me. But i am seeing a lot of child and sometimes adult getting pished. I love tf2outpost and just want it more secure.

I will create completely legit account, buy expensive stuff to fill my backpack with, buy trading cards to level up my steam profile. How do you know this account isn't used to harvest IDs?

It can. There is no easy way of course. But two of the solutions which are level system and captcha already rejected.

This is what most people seem not to understand. Even if you do have account for harvesting SteamIDs you can make it look 100% legit and never use it for phishing. That's why it's impossible to do anything about it without ruining everyone's experience.

Making the site login only will destroy SEO and hurt the traders using it. Bumping our own trades is useless - most ignore staff trades.

Create fake accouts to bump? i know this is hard work to ban them all manually but if you want to get rid of these pisher bots you must do something cause everyday new accounts hijacked because of this and joins the army of bots..
