i can imagine one case in which the tux would acctualy gain in value. if valve would delete all alternative accounts which only hold a tux currently, the 30000 would be pretty accurate and yea, then they would be rare. But only then.

The 30.000 counted ones are from active backpacks containing them. The other 200.000 ones are not beeing counted because stats.tf simply did not count them. So for the sake of god, stop with this "rarer then buds" shit. There are halloween items rarer then buds which are worth 1 ref.
