thats not only the reason every time you put an item to steam market for sell the item will generate a new id so for every time you put it and remove it you get a new id
the item remains clean though just the id is changing even if you dont sell it and remove it from the market there will be a new id for it...

the owner of the trade could use a button to start a dialoge/negotiation to an offer that he/she likes
like a start negotiate button that would give the option to the owner and buyer to start the negotiations in a chat form that can only be enabled by the owner.
that way the spam will be limited for me that would be a more atractive aproach.
If that was optional a lot of ppl like me would apreciate it and use it.
The problem is that ppl thing that a trade is a forum for opinions on prices while it is a place to display the items to trade.
I truly bealive that this will promote faster and more efficient trading while it will guerenty integrity and transparency in all aspects and killing phising for ever at least at outpos.
If outpost win the fight with phishing/hijackers it will stand above every other trading site.

is this considered a relist?

Most of us we know how the pricing community is using offers in comments to suggest prices for tf2 items,some of witch are often troll offers or just repeatedly spam.
Outpost can help to limit the pricing terrorists by removing the ability into commenting on the trades,and allow ppl only to be able to offer items directly from their backpack by picking what the are willing to offer and adding it to the deal.
The sellers wouldn't have to report anyone for phising links abusive comments etc.
the mods would get more free time to do more important stuff for the site.Bans would limitate,
and trades would go with a faster rate making outpost more efficient.
Also outpost can then be a real transparent tool beyond any doubt for the pricing community.

We are 1 community and we need to work together helping eachother to support what we all love and that is nothing else than TF2 eachself.

more advantages less disadvantages from any point of view mods seller buyer point pricing rep whores.
