u have to use a screen recording program when u make paypall trades also a middle man from steam rep,also u can do nothing about paypall if they charge back,best way is to trade for metal,promo items like max head,earbuds,also if u sell something sell for less but at least u sell to a guy who have enought rep and more than 3000 hours on TF2 and also who is not banned on http://www.tf2outpost.com ,but u can always ask them to put an item in trade like a weapon or something with small value like a trading card or something,also for screen recording u can use Camtasia Studio ,is a verry good program,i use that too.

if u send a trade offer to someone or even make a trade and the other guy will not give u an item the trade will not be recorded,so if the trade to be recorded both users have to exchange items between them,other wise it will not be recorded !!!

alway tell him to put a weapon in trade so u will have a history of the trade with that guy,if u send him just the items u will not have any history of that trade!

I dont know what to say about this,but i was wondering if u can integrate something so at least until that legal isue problem is resolved,something like normal outpost trades ( not donators) can be auto bumped like 5 hours or something,once a day.....at least until that problem is solved,anyway if u think about what really matter is the PRICE it self help u to sell your item/s for example if all the people are selling 1 key=6 refined and u sell 1 key=5,66 u will lose like 1 rec but u will not need autobump....just an advice.
