You're making baseless assumptions and patronizing us at the same time, it's maddening. I know all about the different ways people are identified online and how ISPs allocate peoples' IP addresses and the web of trust that ISPs have with broadcasting what IP ranges are behind them to eachother.

You don't know that he's changing his IP all the time, we have no word about whether he's been IP banned before (don't forget that his accounts take weeks to get banned as it is), and even if he were using a proxy then it would require someone else to make the accounts /for/ him because web based proxies suck with POST forms.

How is IP banning him /not/ better than making him just make a new steam acct? At least that takes effort to evade, fuck.

Well, it actually is an ex-boyfriend, so yeah. But it's a ban evasion case too.

They're not my trades, and the person who posted the trades has been reporting them before but nothing happened, like I said. Did you fully read my post?

2fast4me is an alt of Skelter Helter, who is harrasing my friend through outpost with alts, making a new one whenever the last one is banned. Please IP ban him.

Which lasted a long time despite being reported on the site (apparently the reports break when he hides the post), and only got banned when I added a moderator about it.

Yes, I am 100% certain that these accounts are all the same person. I've known them for three years and my friend who's being harrassed for longer. I can give more references if it's neccessary.

Lastly, yes, I got myself banned from outpost on purpose, but that shouldn't keep me from helping my friend out with this.
