If you contact steam support and can provide proof you were hijacked you will be unbanned.

Admins can ban for 1 week, 2 weeks, or permanently, they have the power to unban users who were banned by other admins as well as accepting or rejecting appeals. They can't send a message to the entire site, only Sneeza can.
