i figured out the cause to this problem so it should be an easy fix.

i commented on it and the owner of the trade replied, if you click on the owner of the trades comment, it gets sent to my profile instead of his.

i assume its when you click on ANY of a comment, you go to the original comments account instead of the reply.

where the user ciitruus commented, IF YOU CLICK ON ANY REPLY TO THE CITRUSS COMMENT THREAD, YOU GO TO CITRUS'S ACCOUNT

this is a huge issue that needs to be fixed.

one way i can see this being abused is lets say some1 scammed some1 by refunding a game after they traded it, or refunded a paypal transaction.

its alot quicker to comment on there trade to warn other users then to report them (obviously you should report them) but in the day or 2 it takes for them to get banned they can scam other users. with an approval of comments system, they can just deny all comments that say they are a scammer.

Going to group up every issue that i have found people complained about or have issues with here, so the admins have an easier way to figure out what the community wants.

1.
Colour and font

The colour / font choice is extremely poor and hard to read for some people, proof by the last comment on this trade, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27875885#latest he said i didnt have a trade offer link when i clearly did, proving it is hard to see for some users. also when putting a "~" in the trade notes it goes above instead of in the middle which is fairly ugly, change the font to Arial or something.

Mobile trade bumping

it is almost impossible for a user to bump or delete a trade while on the mobile website, the bump/delete button are visible only on hover, which you cant hover on mobile so you have to guess where the buttons are. A new user will be unable to figure out where it is and be unable to bump there trades then will stop using the website altogether.

Mobile user searching

Doesnt exist. There are 2 search options on the normal website, for items/trades and then for users. Both search buttons (top nav bar and side navbar) have a search button on mobile, both of which are used to find items/trades and not users. So if you are looking for a certain user, its impossible.

4.
Australiums

Australiums currently dont have the gold 'badge' beside them indicating that they are infact australium, making it harder for people to sell them and causing low balling since people think they are normal stranges.

5.
The nav-bars

The sideways extending thing was a mess which you guys fixed but the right bar still has some issues, like for example, what do these yellow bars even mean? http://puu.sh/nDoPf/65f7d45cbf.png
A new user or even me for example have no idea, are they the percentage of trades which include those items? if that's the case does every trade include ref then? Those bars tell us absolutely nothing and are confusing. also the top "search" bar looks ugly slightly transparent, when you can see your items in a trade through it, it just looks bad.
also the left nav-bar has no reason to scroll up when you hit the bottom of the page, it should be fixed by the top of the screen, not the bottom. ex: http://puu.sh/nDpis/7cb701dcef.gif

Bugs / general glitches.

Some people have glitches where all there buttons / icons are overlapping (favs,views, etc)
also the red warning bar which appears when you "cant bump this trade it hasn't been 30 mins" sometimes appears with no text or warning on it when you are just browsing.

Major bug with clicking on users names.

sometimes when you click on a comment which was on another comment it brings you to the first commenter's profile, ex
user A comments on person B's trade
user B replies to user A's comment.
Click on user B's comment to go to there profile
Get sent to user A's profile
this happened to me on this page http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27566407 on the 2nd last comment with trade owner saying he will accept the trade. it also happened on other trades as well

when I was grabbing proof for a report on someone i almost linked the wrong profile because of that user glitch.

Temp Fixed 8.
Unknown user (glitch still exists but it apparently fixes itself in minutes)

Some trades for no reason get a "unknown owner" on them so you cant bump or close the trade. this happens randomly and gets fixed on its own after a couple hours or days. But it still returns occasionally.

Mobile Comment Section - Impossible to read

For the comments in a trade, they get indented, and if its a reply to a comment, they get indented again, but the problem is its by a fixed amount instead of a percentage. So on mobile the comment section is literally one word per line. Im using a 5.5 inch phone 1920 x 1080px, and its just cancer to look at. http://puu.sh/ovQ6n/814dd77bd0.jpg

So do i have to make an entire thread of every issue the update has till something eventually gets fixed or at least acknowledged?

As steam added the new delay when it comes to trading with users that dont have a mobile app. it adds a 3 day delay where both users items are unavaible in their inventory.

Based on this for the rule "you cant sell items u dont own" i just take down my trades, and wait 3 days for the trade to go through.
But recently a user traded with me and in the last day of the trade delay he canceled it, basically wasting 2/3 days of potential trading.

Because of this, would we be allowed to keep our items up on outpost during the 3 day delay, OR if users start to cancel trades during the delay should they be reported? (ik steam gives them a 1 week trade ban because "scammer could of took over there account" and whatnot)

There is a rule where if you trade with a scammer alt you get a 2 week banned, and if you do it again you get a perm banned.

Recently i saw players who were banned for trading with scammer alts (twice) being unbanned.
Has the rule of this been altered slightly? Because every time i see a player who traded with a scammer i report them.
For some of the people i noticed being unbanned it was months or year after they were banned, wondering if the perm banned was changed to a couple month ban or something along those lines.
