Found an answer on the steam help section:

What do I do if I was scammed?

"If you are scammed, please contact Steam Support and create a ticket within the Steam Trading Category. You will not receive any items or gifts lost in the trade, however reporting the scammer will allow us to take appropriate action. Please include as much information about the trade as possible. Some helpful questions to answer in your report are:

How were you scammed?
What items/gifts were involved in the trade?
What is the user's Steam Community profile URL or SteamID that you traded with?
What were the terms of the trade agreed upon?
What is the approximate date and time of the trade?"

To find this option, you'll need to go to steam support from the help tab in steam. Select the steam icon and there should be a button to contact steam support. You'll be asked to make a new account used for making a "ticket". Once that is done, follow the instructions to talk to someone within Valve.

Make sure to answer all the questions above and give them as much information as possible, and they hopefully will be able to help you.

It's clear that you hit a phishing link. What you should do right now is change the password to your account and email.

Second, you should file a support ticket with steam, this is a fairly common problem and they are the only ones who can help you at this point. The process can be slow, so be sure to provide them with as much information as possible.

In the future, beware links to steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com because it can easily be a fake site with a slightly altered URL. Once you "log in", you have actually sent your information to someone who enters your account and takes your valuables.

When searching for a specific hat, you can adjust what criteria to search for by clicking on the image once it's in your wishlist.

This will allow searching based on its quality (in this case, unusual along with certain effects), level, ability to be crafted, etc.

Follow the sticky and read the instructions for format. Also provide as much proof of what happened and any details that might help.

There is no proof that he actually duped the items (and no known way of doing it that Valve hasn't patched). And selling duplicated items isn't against the rules seeing as you got the earbuds you traded for.

So far this is all speculation.

The issue here is that while you're quite justified in your dislike of the current exchange rate of keys, you're simply clogging up the site with trades that have effectively zero chance of happening besides a possible rare occurrence. Many others have made "activist" trades and such trying to rally people to "change prices" back to what they were some time ago, but you're trying to push back against market pressure and force an item with a cost to have an exact exchange rate with a free item.

The market has spoken, and has said that the exchange rate is around 5 refined for a key, because that is what people feel comfortable buying and selling for. It isn't going back to the old days, no matter how much some want them to.

Again, the size or your backpack and hours makes no difference when there are many methods of getting a big backpack and idling exists and over 1100 hours of your account's less than 1500 are in a free to play game with very few others that aren't cheap.

I'm not here to tell you you'll never be unbanned, I'm here to say the way you're going about it is wrong.

You've posted appeals in the wrong places and both were closed. The TF2Outpost community is huge and the mods have actual lives, they cannot stop everything to dive into one person's case because it isn't worth the effort in the long run.

It is also not their duty to do the research as much as it isn't your right to use their site. If you'd have posted a more calm and well addressed post, I'm sure someone would have been much happier to help you.

While I'm not a mod, the way you're handling this by stating that you'll spam this until you're helped will not make anyone any quicker to want to do so. If anything, you'll just be banned from the forums as well.

After reading those appeals, you admit to sharing the computer with a scammer, who got bored and gave you every item he had. That's one of the fishiest things I've heard and no number of hours will prove anything when the vast majority are in TF2 and idling accounts are a common thing.

The number of red flags here is high and you've offered nothing but your word that you're not the scammer.
