That is a perk reserved for donators. Sadly the donation process has been disabled and there is no word when it will be back up.

That shouldn't happen. When the loading symbol leaves, there should be many pictures of items there and not that little phrase.

When searching, you have to input some part of the name of whatever item you'd like to seach into the little box at the top of that bigger section that says "oh hey" and then press enter.

This is so the site doesn't have to load the images of all the different items in TF2 at one time.

Try using a different browser or disabling addons you may have for the website. You never know what might be screwing it up.

While Google can do some work, that's a much bigger inconvenience to the scammers than it takes to log into the site.

Also just because they can do some crazy bypass to the system which would take some serious dedication to even find one possible target, we should just give up and not try to stop them at all?

Seriously, it takes less than 30 seconds to log in and helps prevent some bad apples from using the site, I see no issue here.

It's just way too easy to scam with them and any dispute that happens is much harder to figure out.

It is not in the moderation staffs best interest to allow people to have services, sorry.

The next time a moderator does their rounds on the forums, you'll probably be unbanned. This is a pretty common thing to happen.

Just in case you happened to have did it, just know that the site needs to scan your backback to function properly and having a private backpack is suspicious, hence the autoban system.

It is also a deterrent to scammers. If you are marked as a scammer, you cannot sign in and use the features to find targets. Signing in also has the benefit of having alt accounts trigger the system, and ban those as well.

While they may be a minor inconvenience, there is reason behind such choices.

They have never blamed it on Steam. It is known that some members cannot log in since the layout changes and they'll have it fixed at some point.

Well I'm just speculating. People like Blue Screen aren't in a position to just say what they believe or feel unless they know it to be the official stance of the site.

He's not giving a runaround, just the official policies of the site.
