Some of them download a file to your pc when you click them. As long as you don't run it, it's ok. Run Malwarebytes to remove.

Had two of these this morning. Both had nothing in their backpack, steam profile not set up & you cannot access tf2b.net. Oh yeah, it's based in the Ukraine o_O.

Relentless these thieves so please beware.

If I have alt accounts and name them Mattie, Sneeza, Cuntsman etc I could craft the same sort of thing. IMO it's meaningless.

Foolishly, I know, I clicked on it.

Could I just warn others that may have done the same to run Malewarebytes. It finds a trojan in your downloads file called 'screenshots' Just run the quick scan.

I don't know what harm this can do as I'm no pc whizz but better safe than sorry.

If someone knows more about this type of phishing I'd love to know.
