Hey, im having a friend that got his account hijacked somewhere like 8 months ago, he is banned for phishing on tf2 outpost and i want to ask if there is any ways possible that he can be unbanned so he can start trading again? he is a totally nice guy, not wanting to phish anyone. just sad that some people used his acc and got him banned.
