I have been issued a permanent ban because I had my inventory set to friends only but with a public profile though. The reason I sat up my inventory like this is to avoid my account being targeted by hijackers. I didn't know that breaking that rule would subject me to a ban.

I appealed against that ban and explained why my inventory was private, made my inventory public and even apologized for breaking a website rule! just to get my appeal closed without a reply !!

I feel this's extremely unjustified specially closing my appeal forever without a reply although I solved the problem.
