I am looking to buy a unusual trib, and someone gave me an offer.

I was looking through the trade history of it and found it to be different on tf2items and outpost.

What does this mean?

The thing is, even though the rep system is gone, leaving negative rep would get you banned for a period of time. (Happened to me) I agree, but people can just be mean since it's over the internet and there is no real way to do anything.
