Outpost stopped update Dota 2 items log time ago. I'd like to know what happened and should I expect updates in the future.

I'm back from an absence to TF2 trading and now I see this.
I can't post responses as quick as I want and have to wait like 2 minutes before posting again.
It's frustrating and takes even more time than it used to. Needless to say trading is time consuming process as it is.
I clearly see what it was made for but jees, why is it such a huge timer? Isn't few seconds enough?
It ruins trading for me and I can't use Outpost completely. And I guess I'm not the only one who's annoyed by this
