Make sure that it's set to Public, and not user's only. The same must apply to your Steam profile. Also make sure that the check box for gift inventory is unchecked.

Actually it's a fantastic idea. Probably one of the best things that's ever been done to the site. The majority of people who accidentally trade with scammers do so because they scammer added them directly. By preventing scammers from searching for potential victims to unload their stolen items onto, we're able to massively cut down on the number of people at risk of trading with scammers.
