Can something be done with this kind of people that just adds someone and bitches out because he can't pay what he feels like paying instead of paying a stated price?

I specify on my trade I take keys as 3.44 ref and he get's mad because he wants to pay 3.33 ref and then I find out he sells keys for 3.5 ref

Probably because people sell nice crates for 1 scrap or even 1 random weapon, same as crate #54
