pretty sure if you cant make an appeal on outpost and believe that you should be unbanned you have to email their head of appeals person? thats what their post said here is a link

im pretty sure as long you dont broker it for him, i dont think just holding it will do much unless you are selling it on outpost.

I unboxed some nice cs go stuff and i wanted to look on some offers for them. when i go to outpost to make a trade with cs go items it just says steam is down. this has been going on for 3 days now
