Login to the site
Press the "New" button in the top right
Add the items you would like to sell (left side) and what you want to buy (right side)
Add a description to your trade
Post the trade
If a user gives an offer on your trade you can either send them a trade offer or add them through steam, using the buttons to the right of their username. (Hover over the buttons to see what buttons do what)
Trade with the user through steam.

Auto bumping is a feature reserved only for premium members, and buying premium is the only legitimate way to get it.

You'll need to be more specific, What's stopping you? Are you getting any error message?
