You should've thought about that before getting banned. The staff get hundreds of tickets a week, so it will take a while.

I'd create a ticket on the site and wait out the ban.

Try opening up Outpost in the steam browser. To do this you need a game that has access to the steam overlay (Shift + Tab).

Open up your game of choice (Im opening TF2.)
Open up steam overlay
Click on either "Game Groups" "DLC" "Web Site" "Workshop" Which will open up the steam browser.
Replace the url with tf2outpost.com
Logging in through that should verify your steam because its already open.

The downside to this is that you have to be playing a game to access it, you could also try changing your steam credentials or resetting your browsers cache if you want to access it elsewhere.

Well tf2op doesn't have a language setting, so I would check your browsers settings.

What do you mean by unreadable language? Can you give a screenshot?

Knowing the normal way of Phishing is just steam community links.
Instead of a different link that leads you to another website to download something that is happen to be claimed a keycode.

Whats with your attitude against helping others?
What have you got against stopping people from being scammed by phishing ways?

These types of phsing attempts have been reported numerous times here, they just have a different message tagged with it. There's no need to start an argument here.
